CCRAS भर्ती 2019 : सेंट्रल काउंसिल फॉर रिसर्च इन आयुर्वेदिक साइंसेज (CCRAS) ने अपर डिवीजन क्लर्क और लोअर डिवीजन क्लर्क पोस्टों पर भर्ती के लिए Notification जारी किए हैं. Eligible Candidates निर्धारित प्रारूप के अनुसार 19 दिसंबर 2019 तक या उससे पहले इन पोस्टों के लिए Apply कर सकते हैं.

पात्रता मानदंड
शैक्षणिक योग्यता :

अपर डिवीजन क्लर्क (यूडीसी): Candidates के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय की डिग्री होनी चाहिए.

लोअर डिवीजन क्लर्क (एलडीसी): Candidates को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड या विश्वविद्यालय से 12वीं कक्षा पास या समकक्ष होना चाहिए साथ हीं इंग्लिश में 35 WPM (शब्द प्रति मिनट) तथा हिन्दी में 30 WPM (शब्द प्रति मिनट) की टाइपिंग speed होनी चाहिए. 

वेतनमान:

अपर डिवीजन क्लर्क (ग्रुप सी) - पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल -4 (छठी सीपीसी-पीबी -2 ( 5200-20200/-रूपए) ग्रेड पे 2400 /-रूपए.

अपर डिवीजन क्लर्क (ग्रुप सी) - पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल -2 (छठी सीपीसी-पीबी -1 (5200-20200/- रुपये) ग्रेड पे 1900/- रुपये.

चयन मानदंड:
अपर डिवीजन क्लर्क के पद के लिए चयन Written Test के माध्यम से किया जाएगा, जबकि लोअर डिवीजन क्लर्क के पद के लिए चयन Written Test और Typing Test के माध्यम से किया जाएगा.

लखनऊ मेट्रो भर्ती 2019 : लखनऊ मेट्रो रेल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (LMRC) या उत्तर प्रदेश मेट्रो रेल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (UPMRCL) ने एग्जीक्यूटिव एवं नॉन एग्जीक्यूटिव पोस्टों पर भर्ती के लिए Notification जारी किए हैं. UP मेट्रो भर्ती 2019 के तहत असिस्टेंट मैनेजर, जूनियर इंजीनियर और पब्लिक रिलेशन असिस्टेंट्स आदि के कुल 186 रिक्त पोस्टों पर योग्य Candidates का चयन किया जायेगा.

Online Registration के माध्यम से सीधी भर्ती के लिए भारतीय राष्ट्रीयता वाले Candidates से आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं. LMRC ऑनलाइन आवेदन 22 नवंबर से शुरू होगा और पंजीकरण की अंतिम तिथि 23 दिसंबर 2019 है.

पात्रता मानदंड :

असिस्टेंट मैनेजर (सिविल) - सरकार द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान से Civil Engineering में बीई /बीटेक या समकक्ष degree वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन के लिए पात्र हैं. अनारक्षित, ईडब्ल्यूएस और ओबीसी Candidates के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए न्यूनतम 60% अंकों की आवश्यकता होगी और केवल SC Categories के Candidates के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए न्यूनतम 50% अंकों की आवश्यकता है. 

असिस्टेंट मैनेजर (इलेक्ट्रिकल) – Candidates के पास सरकार द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त किसी भी विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान, से इलेक्ट्रिकल या इलेक्ट्रिकल & इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स इंजीनियरिंग में बीई /बीटेक या समकक्ष degree होनी चाहिए. अनारक्षित, ईडब्ल्यूएस और ओबीसी उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए न्यूनतम 60% अंकों की आवश्यकता होगी और केवल एससी के आरक्षित रिक्तियों के उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए न्यूनतम 50% अंकों की आवश्यकता होगी.

उपरोक्त तालिका से पता चलता है कि भारत ने दो बार ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन की मेजबानी की है; पहला 2012 में और दूसरा 2016 में. अगला ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन जुलाई 2020 में सेंट पीटर्सबर्ग रूस में आयोजित किया जाएगा और इसकी अध्यक्षता व्लादिमीर पुतिन करेंगे.

BRICS देशों ने अपने देश की आर्थिक समृद्धि को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए भी बहुत से काम किये हैं. इन कामों में सबसे प्रमुख है न्यू डेवलपमेंट बैंक की स्थापना. आइये इस बैंक के बारे में कुछ जानते हैं.

ब्रिक्स बैंक या न्यू डेवलपमेंट बैंक के बारे में (About BRICS Bank or New Development Bank)

नई दिल्ली (2012)में आयोजित चौथे ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन ने एक ऐसे बैंक की स्थापना का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया था जो ब्रिक्स सदस्यों में बुनियादी ढाँचे और सतत विकास परियोजनाओं के लिए संसाधन जुटाने में मददगार हो सकता हो.

नई दिल्ली शिखर सम्मेलन में विचार के बाद, ब्रिक्स बैंक या न्यू डेवलपमेंट बैंक (NDB) की स्थापना 15 जुलाई 2014 को की गई थी.

ब्रिक्स बैंक की शुरुआती अधिकृत पूंजी US $ 100 बिलियन है. इसका मुख्यालय शंघाई, चीन में स्थित है और के. वी. कामथ न्यू डेवलपमेंट बैंक के पहले अध्यक्ष हैं.

राजस्थान में 10वीं पास युवाओं के लिए सरकारी नौकरी पाने का अच्छा मौका है। राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट, जोधपुर ने ड्राइवर और ग्रेड 4 पदों पर 3678 भर्तियां निकाली है। इच्छुक उम्मीदवार www.hcraj.nic.in पर जाकर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ये भर्तियां जिला अदालतों और डीएलएसए में रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए की जा रही हैं। इस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन 18 नवंबर, 2019 से शुरू होंगे। आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर लिंक एक्टिव होने के बाद उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकेंगे। ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 17 दिसंबर, 2019 है। 

कुल 3678 वैकेंसी में से 3504 पद नॉन टीएसपी क्षेत्र और शेष 174 पद टीएसपी क्षेत्र के लिए है। जिन उम्मीदवारों का चयन होगा उन्हें पहले प्रोबेशनरी ट्रेनी के तौर पर रखा जाएगा। इस दौरान उन्हें 12,400 रुपये प्रतिमाह सैलरी मिलेगी। ट्रेनिंग के बाद उन्हें L1 पद के साथ 17,700 रुपये दिए जाएंगे।

योग्यता 

10वीं पास एवं हिन्दी का ज्ञान। 

आयु सीमा

चयन 

लिखित परीक्षा और इंटरव्यू के आधार पर।

आवदेन फीस

जनरल, ईबीसी, ओबीसी व अन्य राज्यों के उम्मीदवारों को 150 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। अन्य वर्ग को 100 रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। 

परीक्षा में सामान्य हिन्दी, सामान्य इंग्लिश और राजस्थानी संस्कृति से जुड़े सवाल पूछे जाएंगे। एग्जाम 2 घंटे का होगा। 

अगर उम्मीदवारों के लिखित व इंटरव्यू के कुल अंक समान हैं तो उस उम्मीदवार को वरीयता दी जाएगी जिसके इंटरव्यू में अधिक मार्क्स होंगे। अगर इंटरव्यू में भी समान मार्क्स आए हैं तो उस उम्मीदवार का चयन होगा जिसकी आयु अधिक होगी।

कुल वैकेंसी के पांच गुना उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। 

उम्मीदवारों को hcraj.nic.in पर जाकर नोटिफिकेशन देखना होगा और वहीं ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। उम्मीदवार 18 नवंबर, 2019 से आवेदन कर सकेंगे।

The preamble to the Indian Constitution is a brief introductory statement setting out the constitution's guiding objective, principles and philosophy.

It provides the Constitution's guidelines and explains the objectives in two ways:

1. structure of the governance
2. ideals to be achieved in independent India.

The preamble gives an idea of the following:

1. Nature of the Indian State
2. Objectives of the state
3. Date of its adoption

Nature of the Indian State:

1. Sovereignty: India is sovereign internally and externally – externally free from the control of any foreign power and internally, it has a free government that is directly elected by the people and makes laws governing the people. No outside power can dictate India's government.
2. Socialist: "Socialism" is an economic philosophy in which ownership of state in production and distribution. India adopted a Mixed Economy, where private production will also take place apart from the state.
3. Secular: The characteristics of secularism envisaged in the Preamble are to mean that the State will have no religion of its own and that all persons will have equal rights to freedom of conscience and the right to profess, practice and propagate the religion of their choice freely.
4. Democratic: It enlightens that the people have their free will in electing their representative who will be answerable to them.
5. Republic: Unlike a monarchy in which the head of state is appointed for a lifetime or until he abdicates from the throne on the hereditary basis, a democratic republic is an entity in which the head of state is elected, directly or indirectly, for a fixed tenure.

Objectives of Indian State:

1. Justice: In terms of basic rights to food, clothing, housing, participation in decision - making and living with dignity as human beings, justice promises to give people what they are entitled.The Preamble covers all these social, economic and political dimensions of justice.
2. Liberty: The Preamble mentions freedom of expression and thought. Through fundamental rights, these freedoms were guaranteed in the Constitution.
3. Equality: Equality is regarded as the essence of modern democratic ideology. In the Preamble, the constitution makers placed the ideals of equality in a place of pride.
4. Fraternity: With the background of India's multilingual, multicultural and multi-religious society and with the country's division in mind, the Constitution's framers were deeply concerned with the unity and integrity of our newly independent country.There was a need for different religions, linguistic, cultural and economic groups to coexist harmoniously. The inclusion in the Preamble of phrases such as ' personal dignity, ' ' personal brotherhood ' and 'national unity and integrity ' highlights such a need.

Date of adoption:

• The Constitution's adoption date is November 26, 1949. But most of the constitutional articles entered into force on January 26, 1950. Article 394 provides those articles which came into force on 26 November 1949.

• The preamble page was designed and decorated by renowned painter Beohar Rammanohar Sinha of Jabalpur, along with other pages of the original Constitution of India.
